For a minor's disaffirmance of a contract to be effective, the disaffirmance must be:

- agreed to by the merchant.
- done in court.
2. If an attorney acts improperly, he or she should be reported to:

3. If an offer is made to the general public, then the offer can be accepted by any member of:
- the general public.
- a credit union.
- good standing in the community.
- that merchant shopper's club.

- become part of the contract nonetheless.
- do NOT become part of the contract.

- their parents into a transaction.
