Sleep, stress, sensory perception, memory, emotional regulation, problem-solving,
achievement, motivation, personality, parenting, moral development etc.
2. You will make the best of psychological learning to help improve your life quality:
a. Identify the problem: Describe your current behavior and your mental process
(what do you do and what are your thoughts and feelings)
b. Analyze the problem: Use the related psychological theories to help you explain
your problem
c. Solve the problem: Apply the psychological findings or theories to control and
change your belief, emotional regulation, and behavior.
