You are working as a group facilitator and a drug and alcohol inpatient program one day after a group session and men in the group approaches you to disclose information about another group member he says that he has assumptions that a man is dealing drugs to other patients of the program and that he is getting the drugs from another staff person who works at the facility you are also aware that these two men have had issues in the past and have difficulty getting along due to their conflicting opinions about addiction and recovery and addition the man who approached you also ask if you did not mention his name to the other group members or staffvalues and standards are involved in the scenario.
