Pie charts are one of the most misused data visualizations still in popular use. Select all of the reasons why the following pie chart is either unhelpful or inaccurate. Select one or more: a. The source is listed as "Opinions Dynamic," but opinions are subjective and should not be used as data. b. The numbers in the pie chart don't add up to 100% (and it's not just because of rounding error). c. The shading and 3-D effect on the bottom of the chart make the categories on the bottom of the pie seem better represented than they actually are. d. The 63% is outside of the pie wedge, whereas the other numbers are inside the wedge. e. When comparing categories that are almost equal (such as in this case), a bar graph is usually better at revealing the differences.
