1. Design an E-MOSFET with proper R1, R2, and RD values and determine its VGS and VDS. Assume ID(on) = 200mA at VGS = 4V and VGS(th) = 2V. (3 marks)
2. Design a self-bias p-channel JFET with proper IDSS, VGS(off), and VGS values and find the value of RS of the designed JFET device. (3 marks)
3. Design an op-amp inverting amplifier with proper feedback and input resistors and find the closed-loop voltage gain. (2 marks)
4. Design an op-amp non-inverting amplifier with proper feedback and input resistors and find the closed-loop voltage gain. (2 marks)
