1) Write the VHDL code for a traffic light control system at a 4-way intersection with a north-south road meeting an east-west road. There are six lights that must be controlled. A red-yellow-green set of three lights for the north-south road and a red-yellow-green set of three lights for the east-west road. The traffic light states and delays are shown in the table below.

Assume the system clock is 10 MHz. As part of your solution, draw a state diagram that evaluates the state every clock cycle of the 10 MHz clock. Each state should have a loop arrow that loops back to itself while it is waiting for its associated delay to expire. Use a clock divider process and a state process as parts of your solution.
