American Light Bulb. In the United States the standard voltage in homes is $120 \mathrm{~V}$. Therefore, a " $75 \mathrm{~W}$ " American bulb would be intended for use with a $120 \mathrm{~V}$ potential difference. If this bulb is connected across a $230 \mathrm{~V}$ potential difference (as is used, for example, in Europe), how much power does it dissipate? Ignore the temperature dependence of the bulb's resistance.
