An arrest is considered legal when all of the following conditions exist except for when:
a. the officer deprives the suspect of their freedom.
b. when probable cause exists.
c. when the police officer believes there is sufficient evidence.
d. the suspect believes he is now in custody.
e. the suspect openly disputes the officer's interpretation.
