2_ The most important reason for cardiovascular and cerebral vascular diseases becoming the most common disorders affecting human health is that the establishment of public health behavior is relatively slower than the improvement of social living standards. The improvement of medical treatment and the more effective control of contagious diseases make cardiovascular and cerebral vascular disorders seem to be more evident. The aggravation of environmental pollution, excessive nutrition, and less physical exercise also contribute to the increase in these diseases. Additionally, the proportion of aged populations has increased.
