GDP also only includes goods when they're produced, opposed to when they're sold or consumed. So, 2020 GDP includes those goods produced in 2020, not goods produced in 2019 that were then sold in 2020. That's more of an issue with goods than services, but GDP counts both. Let's say there's a nation that sold a total of $125 in goods in 2020, with $25 of those produced in 2019 and $100 of those produced in 2020. Additionally, the nation produced and sold $60 in services in 2020. What's this nation's GDP for 2020?
