6.1.1. Launch Phet collision lab
6.1.2. Enable the "More Data" option to view the individual velocities of the objects
6.1.3. Make sure the elasticity is set at 100% elastic
6.1.4. Define the system grid
6.1.5. Keeping the default settings and predict the outcome of the collision. In which direction will the two objects move after the collision?
6.1.6. Find the initial total system momentum (show calculations)
6.1.7. Find the final total system momentum (show calculations). Is the initial and the final net system momentum conserved?
6.1.8. Change the masses and the velocities and press the play button. For each case, are the momentum conserved?
