Consider a Centrifugal water pump with a discharge valve that
can be opened and closed to simulate head. As the valve is
gradually closed (control), the pressure, and correspondingly, the
flow rate (response) is affected.
My question is given multiple values for pressure as a
result of a certain head value, how do we determine the maximum
efficiency of the system?
