Craft a program to randomly choose X number of letters from an array of the 26 letters in the English alphabet and the 10 digits in the Arabic numbering system and combine them into a single string which is returned to the user. Letters may be repeated. (This would serve as a handy password generator.) Note: answer must be in c programming
