A torsional pendulum is a vertically suspended wire with a mass attached to one end that is free to rotate. The wire resists twisting as well as elongation and compression, so it is subject to a rotational equivalent of Hooke's Law: $\tau=-\kappa \theta .$ Use this information to find the frequency of a torsional pendulum.
