Health care organizations are a complex bundle of many competencies. Explain strategies a manager could apply to ensure these competencies integrate well with each other to create a smoothly functioning organizational machine rather than a collection of autonomous individuals who perform their individual jobs extremely well but without much concern for the overall mission of the organization.
