(b) Identify any product that is considered as a FAILED product design. Critically discuss
aspects of engineering design that lead to the product design failure, aided with
engineering design tools and techniques. The discussion needs to cover all aspects of
engineering design such as customer need identification, benchmarking, house of quality
product design specification, and others. Please state references that justify the failure of
the product and other references used for the selected product
