Alright, here we are talking about the ethical considerations and access of art.
00:06
Right? so we're talking about essentially the ethics that are around art.
00:10
So the first thing we have to do is who owns it, right? who owns this stuff? and then we can also talk about how do you legally make sure that the person who owns it is the one who has all the rights to it, and that's copywriting.
00:22
That's a huge thing, right? because the artist in principle ought to have the authority over his or her own art.
00:30
Now, the next one i would talk about is accessibility, right? who is it, right? accessibility.
00:38
Accessibility.
00:40
Who is it that should have access to this art, right? and there are arguments to be made about, well, should this art be accessible to everyone? should it be accessible to children? should it be accessible to, you know, to whom should it be accessible? and those are legitimate arguments, right? and the next thing that we should do is censorship, right? that's probably, that goes to me hand in hand with accessibility.
01:07
Does art ever need to be censored? there's a whole argument that we can make about the situations around which we might try to justify that this art should not be viewable by certain people.
01:20
Right, the next thing that we should talk about is, you know, exploitation...
