Ensure you do the following: - Refer to the approved behavior you would like to change based on your submission to your faculty member in Week 1. - Refer to the outline you created in Week 2. - Track baseline data over a 3-day period using the Baseline Data Table. Keep in mind that you will only use the data to develop a behavior modification plan, which you can use to implement the plan in the future. Write a 700- to 1,050-word behavior modification plan for changing that behavior, and ensure you incorporate the following headings and topics: Behavior Modification Goals and Data - Describe the target behavior and the goals of the behavioral change. - Outline the dimensions of measurement or baseline measurement. - Describe the function of the baseline behavior. Consider incorporating your general observations or trends in your description. Antecedents and Consequences - Describe a minimum of 2 antecedent changes and 2 consequences of the behavior. Include relevant details or examples to explain the changes and consequences. Replacement Behaviors - Describe at least 2 desirable replacement behaviors. - Describe 2 to 3 consequences for the replacement behavior. Choose consequences based on at least 4 of the following: - Positive reinforcement - Negative reinforcement - Negative punishment - Positive punishment - Describe some potential barriers to the behavior plan as well as how you would overcome these barriers.
