Manoni-Millar et al.(2023) suggest positive recovery predictors among youth who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences ( ACES) are due to having positive relationships around them. Positive relationships help build a sense of belonging and trust. Another study by Milot and Mahalik(2021) found positive youth development (PSY) to have a positive effect in decreasing mental health challenges and risky behavior such as alcohol consumption. Developing and implementing a program where at-risk youth are able to access services is important. This will help our youth continue their path to success by equipping them with the tools needed to overcome their challenges. Our Community, Our Youth. Goal 1: Implement and develop a mental health and substance use disorder program for at-risk youth and families. By__05___/__20___/__24___, WHEN—Time bound __By May 20, 2023 the program will be developed and implemented Objective 1: The program will be ready to accept clients Objective 2: At-Risk youth will be assessed for needs and receive services based on their needs and be placed in treatment. Goal 2: The program will be measured for effectiveness by collecting data before and after treatment. When: If the client starts services and completes the 90 day program they will be assessed before and after. Objective 1: By the end of treatment the client will be assessed for readiness and for continued treatment if needed. Objective 2: The client will have the tools necessary to manage their challenges and increase their well-being positively. Goal 3: Provide psychoeducation to families By 05/25/24 start promoting workshops to families in our community Objective 1: Reach the families in our community and provide psychoeducation through workshops and increase awareness Objective 2: Break the stigma in our community by getting the families in our community involved.

Consider current performance metrics related to the mission of the organization and national or international benchmarks, goals, and objectives related to positive social change and the mission of the organization that can be measured with data and their implications for a performance improvement intervention that will improve outcomes. Consider the frequency of measure for data to share with the stakeholders to develop ongoing support from the stakeholder constituency. Present the organization’s plan for data analysis. Explain next steps that will drive change.
