Find: Draw the V and M diagrams approximately to scale underneath the FBD of the beam shown on the next page using a scale of 1 division = 10 lb or 10 lb.ft. Show the main values, slopes of inclined lines, degrees of curves and values/locations of local maxima/minima on these V and M diagrams. Clearly show necessary calculations – especially those for local maxima/minima.
