Hello, this is the third time I am posting this question and nobody gives me the answer to it, only explanations I already know. Can somebody provide the numerical results for the letter a, and the answers for the letters b and c? Thanks!
In the region A=150-170 nuclei (even-even nuclei) have quadrupole moments Q= -2 b for the excited 2+ state (as a part of rotational band built upon 0+ ground-state). Estimate the deformation of such a nucleus:
