How can I determine that the capacitor value is 3uF? Would the value be the same if the first op amp is connected to the positive terminal of the second? How can I calculate the DC voltage at the output of the second op amp if there is a voltage source at the positive terminal of the first op amp with say 0.00002Vsin(2000Ï€t)?
