Okay, so the question is, what are the three habits that will improve your life? so the standard answer to this, not in any particular order, would be, of course, number one diet.
00:15
You know, the things that you eat, obviously, are going to impact your health and your well -being.
00:23
You know, it's the old adage, garbage in, garbage out, you know, put good stuff in, you get good stuff out.
00:28
So if you have a pretty well -balanced diet that includes a lot of good things as far as nutrition goes, that is going to definitely impact your life in a positive way.
00:38
If somebody's diet is not very good, then, of course, that can impact their health in a negative way.
00:44
And we're not even talking major health problems, but even just energy -wise.
00:48
Your diet does have influence on your energy level.
00:52
So eating the right things will help you feel more lively, not lethargic, and that sort of thing.
00:58
So diet, that's definitely one of the three habits that's important.

Because you've got to start somewhere and then you know should you desire to increase it based on need then you know you can certainly do that but having you know just those little moments of exercise on a daily basis like i said walking maybe park a little bit further if going to the store you know to force yourself to walk or maybe don't take the elevator if you're in a building that has an elevator take the stairs when you can just little things like that those little adjustments can really make a big difference over time and then exercise is one of those things where just a little bit does add up over time and then of course you know it can be expanded if need if need be so diet and exercise those are the first two then the third one of course is going to be sleep people underestimate the importance of sleep but you know in order for um you know kids adults etc to function you know at their best you really do need to have a healthy sleep habit and for adults, anywhere from six to eight hours is pretty much the range that you want to shoot for...
