I. Uniformly Charged Cylinder
A non-conducting long cylinder of radius R has a uniform volume charge density $\rho_0$. Find the electric field outside and inside the cylinder by doing the following:
1. Identify the symmetry of the charge distribution and draw the charge distribution
2. Choose a Gaussian surface with the same symmetry and draw the Gaussian surface
3. Evaluate the flux over the Gaussian surface
4. Determine the amount of charge enclosed by the Gaussian surface
5. Evaluate the electric field of the charge distribution
