What are some methods you can discuss for more successful maintenance and generalization of your behaviors over time, settings, and situations? so for me, and this probably would apply to a lot of people, but working out is something that i would like to make a normal part of my regular routine.

So as far as different things that have kept me from doing that, main thing is just time, and really time management, because usually once i am a day or two into starting my new routine, and just getting started with it, something will come up that will disrupt that.
