An issue facing my organization is evaluation of management by
staff. Just last month, a survey was sent out (again) for nurses to
evaluate management's performance based on certain criteria. Out of
150 staff, only 48 responded and out of the 48, only 36% believed
our managers were doing a good job managing the unit. The
expectation was to get a score of more than 50% and management
believes that the response is not a true representation of the
unit.
This is the only scenario I can think of with true values and we
can analyze this using p-value.
