In a three-phase rectifier, if the input currents are of rectangular waveforms, as shown in Figure 1 with an amplitude of 10 A, calculate Is (rms), Is (rms), Idistortion (rms), %THD and PF. Assume that DPF = 1.0, as associated with the current waveforms in Figure 1. (Hint: use a waveform which has sine symmetry, accordingly find Is (rms) using equation 5.5 in your text, then calculate Is (rms) through Fourier analysis of 1st harmonic.
