Over the last few weeks, you have learned about the following functional areas of business: Marketing (Week 4) Human Resources (Week 5) Accounting & Finance (Week 6) Operations (Week 7) Imagine that you are preparing to speak to potential investors about the functional areas of your company. You need this investment support because you have grown along the S-Curve to the point where the demand for your product is so great that you need to expand to find ways to meet the needs of your consumers. Your goal is to show your knowledge of these core functional areas by describing them and explaining how they can support this change. Instructions Using information that you have learned from the readings and videos, write a 1– 2 page executive brief that discusses the four functional areas within your business and their role in managing change and growth. Your executive brief should be formatted with a heading for each functional area: marketing, human resources, accounting & finance, and operations.
