Which policy will most likely benefit a company in the long run? Provide regular incentives for wage increases and train employees well. Buy all of the latest in technology and machinery that your company might need. Keep wages low and hope for no turnover. Train only a few of the most productive employees.

00:01 Okay, so we're basically going to be looking at the policies and several options have been given.
00:07 Well, we're basically going to be looking at policies that are most likely to benefit a company in the long run.
00:17 So we are going to look at several options that have been given.
00:22 So we're basically looking at policies and we are going to list the options that have been provided to us.
00:30 So the first policy is that they are to train only a few of the most productive employees.
00:39 Okay, train a few productive employees.
00:47 It's the first one.
00:49 And the second option has to do with keeping wages low and hope for no turnover.
01:00 Low wages and zero turnover right quite an interesting suggestion there and the third one is actually by all the latest technology and the purchase of all the latest technology i would just mention that it is the latest for some reason thinking that might just tip the the scale provide regular incentives for wage increases and train employees well so regular incentives incentives and training okay so what is the best policy here what will be the best policy that will benefit the business or the company in the long run now let's look at this is it training a few productive employees not exactly because uh there is no guarantee that the employees will remain in the organization.
02:12 As soon as they are trained, they probably after the training may become more marketable elsewhere.
02:19 And other companies may actually offer a little bit more incentives that will drive them to the new place.
02:28 So that's not really a long -term kind of policy strategy...
