You're helping them overcome their problematic behaviors or maybe just helping them have better behaviors than helping them achieve certain goals.

But what if you wanted to be in academia? what if you specifically would like to teach in academia? what does that mean? what else that entail? so let's talk about that for a little bit because there's certain requirements that you would need to be able to teach in academia.
