Slowly bend your trunk to the side, slide your hand down the outside of your thigh, and keep your shoulder in line with your body. Take your right arm across your chest and apply gentle pressure above your elbow with your left hand to draw your right arm and vice versa. Bend your left knee at the same time lean the trunk sideways over the right leg, which should be kept straight at all times. Tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear close to the shoulder, then tilt your head to the left. Circle your arms forward using small controlled motions.
