(c) Suppose that you were a manager in charge of conservation projects and had only limited
resources to spend on actions to prevent extinction. If those resources are not properly
assigned, limited resources could be spent on species not at risk and less resources would
be available for helping species at immediate risk of extinction. Would this change your
