(b) The y-component of electric force on 6.0nC charged balloon from the other surrounding
charged balloons.
(c) The magnitude and angle (clockwise or counterclockwise from the +x-axis) of the net
electric force acting on the 6.0nC charged balloon from the other surrounding charged
balloons.
