Peers post:
Navigating conflict has always been a skill that I've fallen short on. For example, at work I've typically dismissed conflict or avoided it. From now on I'll make an effort to be open with my struggles and expressing any issues that I have regarding my performance.
I plan on taking feedback more in stride. I won't take it as a personal attack, but rather as reflect on areas that I need to improve in. I can't allow my initial instincts to prevent my future growth. Actively engaging with my peers will allow me to feel a connection to the course and my degree path overall.
My counselor has been extremely helpful throughout the education process at SNHU. I know that I can reach out to him, or any of my teachers if I feel like I'm struggling or need help.
