Patient Information History of Present Illness: The time is 0900. Dorothy is a 68 year-old
female who arrived to the ED by private car driven by her neighbor with chief
complaints of weakness, dizziness, fever and chills. She had great difficulty
standing to get out of the car and required two staff members to assist her.
She is a full code. She lives at home with her husband who did not present
with her as he had surgery a few days ago. She has had limited oral intake
over last two days due to nausea and decreased appetite. Her skin is pale
and moist. Respirations are labored. No family is currently present.
Her medical history includes: heart failure and hypertension.
*Allergies: penicillin and iodine
