Figure 2 shows a multistage BJT amplifier. Assume that all BJTs have the following parameter values: β = 100, VBE = 0.7 V, VA = ∞.
State the amplifier configurations used and their characteristics.
Draw the small signal model of the amplifier and derive the expression for the overall voltage gain Vout/Vin.
Using your ID: XX-ABCD, set the gain to the value of "0.AB" by changing the value of ANY of the used resistors. Calculate the input and output resistances of the multistage amplifier (input resistance of first stage and output resistance of the second stage) based on your new design values.
