Project 02 Hex-to-Seven-Segment Decoder: Description: Design a circuit that converts a 4 bit binary input to a signal that can drive a seven-segment display to display numbers from 0 to 9 and hex digits from \( A \) to \( F \). A Hex-to-Seven-Segment Decoder is a combinational circuit that converts a 4 bit binary number to an appropriate code for the selection of segments in an indicator used to display the hexadecimal digit in a familiar form. The seven outputs of the decoder \( (a, b, c, d, e, f, g) \) select the corresponding segments in the display, as shown in Fig. P4.9(a).
