00:22 So to inquire about the case, the police gets involved and then it pass on to judiciary and then it goes to correctional system where if the accused has done something, violence or some some form of threats or offending some others, then the correctional system will help the accused.
00:48 So then what are the steps in criminal procedures? so first step is framing of charges like fine, plea of guilty, then evidence by prosecution, statement of accused, defense evidence and final arguments and judgments.
