The tensile strength of a syubletic fiher und to mabe doth for men's shirts is of interst 60 a manufacturer. It is suspected that the strength is affected by the percentape of cotton in the fiber. Five levels of cottoa percentage are considered: \( 15 \%, 20 \%, 25 \%, 30 \% \) and \( 35 \% \).
