2.1 The locomotive in one of the Mpumalanga coal mine transports 120 carriages in a day from 08h00 to 17h00. On the 10th June 2025, maintenance audit was conducted to assess the one day performance of this equipment and the following outcomes were reported: System average interruption frequency index of 0.02, System average interruption duration index 0.1 and customer average interruption duration index found to be 0.071. Use this information to determine the following:
a. Total number of customers (carriages) served in that day.
b. Downtime of the equipment in that day.
c. Total number of customers interrupted.
