Fraud so the answer is all all of the above all of them um you know like an employer can uh you know lie and say that you know they could say oh these workers are hurt or say that there's workers that are hurt that aren't hurt um and collect and collect some fraud uh or some workman's comp insurance for that employee maybe to you know even though the person's not hurt and and say oh i have to train someone employees can do it they say oh i'm hurt when they're really not hurt you know and they go in to see the person to try and get the insurance money and they can barely move and then you know hour later they're you know riding bicycle down the street or something and then treating physicians can also uh they can um you know they they can you know one they they could tell a person who is eligible to go back to work and they could say, no, no, you're still hurt since the workman's comp is going to keep paying for the physician's bills to care for this person.
