Sakura has finally graduated from Uni and decided to take over her parents' restaurant in Newcastle ── The Emperor's Sushi ── so that they can retire and travel around the world. She decides to speed up the cooking process and add a new range of sushi to the menu. To promote her new idea, she places a large sign on the restaurant window advertising the new range of sushi as "The fastest sushi from fresh ingredients in town." For Sakura to keep up with the rising demand for the new sushi range, she starts using canned tuna, salmon, baby prawns, sardines, mackerel, amongst other canned seafood and fish available from her supplier. Jack, the owner of the neighbouring restaurant ── The Authentic Fish & Ship ── starts losing customers to The Emperor's, so Jack starts sneaking on Sakura's supply deliveries. He becomes furious by the fact that Sakura is using canned food when she promises fresh sushi to her customers. Jack confronts Sakura and tells her that he knows her secret and is going to sue her. Sakura says that all her ingredients are fresh from the can.Sakura comes to you for professional advice and asks whether Jack is bluffing about bringing legal action against her for misleading and deceptive conduct. Is he entitled to do that since he is not even a customer? If so, is Jack likely to succeed?
