Peers post: My first topic is the effect of nurse-to -patient ratio legislation on nurse staffing and patient mortality, readmission, and length of stay a prospective study in a panel of hospital. This article is evident that better hospital nurse staffing gives better outcomes, and it minimizes the patient to staff ratio, has fewer hospital acquired infection, fewer readmissions, and higher patient satisfaction. The second article is hospitalized adult experience. This article has highlighted the overall importance of a patient’s experience within the healthcare organization. From their initial contact with the provider, discharge planning, post treatment, and billing. Both articles are different, however, their main focus is the health and well-being of the patient and their experience while being treated. 1.
