Starter File: A.7_Streaming Subscribers.xlsx
1. Open the A.7_Streaming Subscribers.xlsx workbook.
2. Use the data to complete each of the steps below:
a. Create a clustered column chart which displays the Year on the horizontal axis and the Netflix and Hulu subscribers as vertical columns within the same worksheet as the data.
b. Resize the chart so that the visualization can be clearly read.
c. Rename the chart as “Subscriber Comparison” on the first line and on a separate line below that include “(in millions)”.
d. Insert data labels above each of the columns.
e. Change the colors of the Netflix bars to red and the Hulu bars to green.
f. Create a line chart which displays the Year on the horizontal axis and the subscribers to Netflix and Hulu as the individual lines.
g. Place the chart directly below the clustered column chart.
h. Resize the chart so that the visualization can be clearly read.
i. Rename the chart “Subscriber Growth Trends”.
j. Change the color of the Netflix line to red and the Hulu line to green.
k. Using the Add Chart Element menu of the Chart Design Tab, add Up/Down Bars. Change the color of the Up/Down Bars to light gray.
l. Save your workbook and close.
