Stuck on this, please explain
Let the set A = {a, p, q, u}. Give your answers to this question as ordered pairs, e.g. (1, 2).
a. The relation R = {(p,a),(p,q),(u, a),(u,p)} is almost transitive, but is missing one ordered pair. What ordered pair should you add to make this relation transitive?
b. The relation R2 = {(a, p),(p,a),(p,u),(u, a)} is almost transitive, but has one too many ordered pairs. What ordered pair should you remove to make this relation transitive?
