The first thing he can do to make his PowerPoint presentation more professional is to get rid of all of that text. You don't want a ton of text on every slide, it's too distracting. Instead what you want to do is put your main points on the slide, then you can add all the other information in the speaker notes. I would also have him add his title page back because this tells your audience what this presentation is about. It would be very odd to leave it out and just start talking without them knowing what is to be talked about. As far as the contact information it depends on the presentation. Most presentations don't need contact information but if this was a sales pitch you would want to add it to the last slide. Another thing is to add visuals but let the visuals speak for themselves. You need to make sure the text on your slides is easily readable from a distance. Don't add too many pictures, animations, or crazy slide transitions.
