The focus of the week, a crucial step in your nursing journey, is preparing the portfolio for completion and presentation.
At the end of the course, the student will:
Organize assignments, study notes, and references illustrating the compilation of information significant in clinical judgment
Exhibit information to evidence knowledge, thinking, and problem-solving in the nurse's role.
Compare and contrast the documents to draw on similarities and differences and connect causes and effects to elicit the nurse's translation, integration, actions, and evaluation of the client's needs, priorities, and concerns.
Report on the relevance of the portfolio for nursing action.
Instructions: Complete and upload a 3-5 minute video where you exhibit your portfolio and address the following questions by Thursday, August 29, at 11:59 pm.
