• If 'A' and 'B' have an AP at the same time, 'E' WILL have an action potential
• if 'A', 'B' and 'C' all have an AP at the same time, 'E' will NOT have an action potential.
• If 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D' all have an AP at the same time, 'E' WILL have an action potential.
