The patient was admitted after a box fell on his head at the gas station where he works. A CT scan of the head was negative for any abnormalities, but hourly neurological checks were made to rule out an intracranial injury. No injury was found. A small abrasion on his right upper arm, where the box scraped the skin, was cleansed and Neosporin applied.
Discharge diagnosis: Observation for possible intracranial injury.
