The purpose of this paper is to give you the opportunity to critically analyze selected learning paradigms and theorists. You are to select, analyze, and compare three of the four learning paradigms (behaviorism, cognitivism, humanism, and organizational learning) and apply them to teaching, learning, and evaluation in either a specific course you are developing or a program of study.
